communist_chinaCommunist China’s $14.5 billion trade surplus during the month of June set a new record for single month. Exporting goods to the West, chiefly to the United States, has ballooned China’s enormous cash reserve, now topping Japan’s as the world’s largest holder of foreign currency. This makes China most able to finance U.S. indebtedness. This is not a good omen.

The Bush administration recently announced that the projected federal deficit for the current fiscal year will be just short of $300 billion, not as large as originally predicted. President Bush claims this as an accomplishment. The sad truth is that the federal government’s indebtedness during the five years of the Bush presidency has grown to $8.3 trillion from $5.6 trillion. Where does the money come from to finance these enormous short falls? One source is more currency produced by the Federal Reserve, the process known as inflation that steals the value of everyone’s dollars. But another way to cover a deficit is to borrow. And one of the chief lenders to our nation in recent years has been Communist China, a country that has never renounced its intention to defeat the United States.

It begins to look as though China will not have to do militarily what it is being positioned to do economically. What are our leaders doing to get America off this suicidal path? The answer is virtually nothing, except more unconstitutional spending.

Meanwhile our national and financial security is in jeopardy because of our relation with the enemy who has threatened our country with missiles. They already have control of both entrances to the Panama Canal and has made alliances with Cuba and socialist Venezuela, the most anti-US country in South America.

Conservatives have long advocated the importance of strong families and deplored efforts, by socialists, feminists, and government bureaucrats, to weaken familial ties.  Indeed, for many conservatives, the family—the traditional, “nuclear” family—is the fundamental cornerstone of society, an absolutely indispensable form of social organization.  As John Mueller of the Family Research Council, a conservative advocacy group, has argued, “the basic social unit of society is the family-based household.”  Similarly, former secretary of education William Bennett has written, “the nuclear family, defined as a monogamous married couple living with their children, is vital to civilization’s success.”

Leftists, by contrast, have long taken a decidedly jaundiced view of the traditional family. To them, a household consisting of an adult male and female—united in matrimony—and their offspring is an antiquated, repressive institution standing in the way of constructing a “better,” more egalitarian world.

The famous 19th century socialist Robert Owen included the family, along with marriage and private property, in his “triumvirate of evil,” which, he asserted, has “cursed the world ever since the creation of man.”  He advocated the public care of children at his utopian community “New Harmony” in Posey County, Indiana.  The family, Owen declared, must give way to the “scientific” association of from five hundred to two thousand people.  By association, Owen meant that children ought to be transferred from parental to institutionalized care.  This was a task heartily embraced by one of Owen’s chief “lieutenants,” William Maclure.  He developed a Spartan system of education for the children of “New Harmony,” which consisted of divorcing children from their parents and placing them in communal living arrangements.

Listed here are the 10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto. As you can see the United States federal government has enacted legislation pushing our country towards Communist ideology and most American citizens may not be aware of this. Communisms unfortunately, is not dead. None of the following planks or the laws enacting them are authorized by the US Constitution.

America, wake up and read your Constitution!

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose.

The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school and property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management. Various federal housing programs such as Habitat for Humanity, allow homeowners "ownership" of property but not allow equity or rights to true ownership as long as it is subsidized by federal grants. Other federal programs allow ownership of homes on lease land at one dollar for 100 years.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

Misapplication of the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State "income" taxes. We call it "paying your fair share".

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

We call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

These remarks were made 42 years on the Floor of the House of Representatives in Washington D.C. The chilling reality is that all most of these "predictions" are now evident within our government. – Walt D

Current Communist Goals

EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR. OF FLORIDA IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES Thursday, January 10, 1963

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.

At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following "Current Communist Goals," which she identifies as an excerpt from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
