The U.S Constitution and our American Heritage is under attack, again. The California atheist, Michael Newdow, who filed suit to remove "under God" from the "Pledge of Allegiance" is at it again!
He is suing to remove "In God We Trust" from all of our currency in the most liberal-left activist Federal Court, the infamous 9th Circuit. "In God We Trust" has been on our currency for over 141 years. The U.S. Congress approved incorporating "In God We Trust" into the new design of our currency on April 22, 1864.
In an article recently published by CNSNews.com, Jay Sekulow, chief counsel for the conservative American Center for Law and Justice, called Newdow’s new lawsuit "another attempt to use the legal system to remove a legitimate reference to the religious heritage of America."
"Mere acknowledgment of God by the government cannot be said to be ‘establishment of religion,’ such that it would violate the Establishment Clause of the United States Constitution," Sekulow said. "The nation’s history is replete with examples of acknowledgment of religious belief in the public sector."
Therefore, "our national motto, ‘In God We Trust,’ is not only permissible, but constitutional as well," Sekulow added, noting that the Supreme Court has on several occasions referenced the national motto as a legitimate expression of our religious heritage.
In response to this new attack on the reference of God, is being meet by may conservative groups who are mobilizing to against Newdow. The American Family Association is urging all Americans to sign their petition urging Congress to re-introduce Rep. Chip Pickering’s constitutional amendment. The AFA says Newdow is trying to make atheism the established religion of the United States.
The Family Research Council is also warning about the activist judges, especially the very liberal-left 9th U.S. Federal Circuit Court, who could make Newdow and others like him lethal against the U.S. Constitution.
Washington, D.C. – Two weeks ago, voters in the Lone Star state voted "YES" on Proposition 2, which protects the institution of marriage in Texas from radical homosexuals and activist judges.
"Despite the effort of homosexual activists from around the nation to thwart traditional marriage, Texas became the 15th state in the last 18 months to take a stand for marriage and traditional values," said Tony Perkins, President of Family Research Council.
"Texans voted on a strong marriage amendment that addressed not only same-sex ‘marriage,’ but any other configuration masquerading as marriage. The turnout for the off-year election, in which only propositions were on the ballot, was the highest turnout in over a decade.
"The victory in Texas once again shows how strongly the American public supports marriage. You would think the politicians in Washington would get the message. However, many of them apparently have a persistent case of cold feet and have refused to join the American people in defending marriage against homosexual activists and activist judges who are trying to redefine marriage for the nation.
"Despite the record breaking number of voters going to the polls in Texas in support of the state amendment lawsuits challenging the results can be expected. Only a U.S. Constitutional Amendment that protects marriage can ensure the hard work in the states is not in vain. Today Senator Brownback (R-KS) marks up the Marriage Protection Amendment that would define in the Constitution that marriage is between one man and one woman."

During a dinner celebrating the Islamic Holy Day, Ramadan, the White House proudly announced they have added the Koran to the President’s library.
Diana West commented in her article posted on townhall.com, on President Bush’s acquisition of the Koran. she commented
But maybe the president meant he would now be reading the Koran. He could start with Chapter 5, Verse 32, which he’s taken to quoting as, well, chapter-and-verse evidence of Islam’s aversion to bloodshed — always skipping the fatal exception. Bush will say: Killing an innocent human is like killing all of humanity, and then leave it at that. My translation of the Koran says: "… whosoever kills a human being, except (as punishment) for murder or for spreading corruption in the land, it shall be like killing all humanity." Easy guess that among Bush’s Ramadan guests were a few who consider Americans guilty of murder, Israelis innocent of nothing, and both, as non-Muslims, complicit in "spreading corruption in the land" — and thus deserving death, dismemberment and banishment as outlined in Chapter 5, Verse 33.
Hopefully, President Bush will see the violent jihad that the Koran encourages against all non-Muslims. And not the political correct version that the media has been reporting
Newly declassified portions of a Defense Intelligence Agency document were made available by Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, the top Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee. This document names a top member of Al Qaeda in American custody, Ibn al-Shaykh al-Libi, may have intentionally misled his interrogators on the issue of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and Iraq's Al Qaeda ties. And this mis-information was the basis of our war with Iraq.
The document provides the earliest and strongest indication of doubts voiced by American intelligence agencies about Mr. Libi’s credibility. Without mentioning him by name, President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, Colin L. Powell, then secretary of state, and other administration officials repeatedly cited Mr. Libi’s information as “credible’’ evidence that Iraq was training Al Qaeda members in the use of explosives and illicit weapons. Ibn al-Shaykh al-Libi's lying should comes as no surprise. If he is a true follower of Muhammad, then he is compelled to tell the truth to fellow Muslims. But according to Islamic theology, he is not under obligation to tell the truth to any non-Muslims.
Allah's messenger said "Who is willing to kill Ka`b bin al-Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His apostle?" Muhammad bin Maslama said, "O Allah’s Apostle! Would you like that I kill him?" The Prophet said, "Yes," Muhammad bin Maslama said, "Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Kab). "The Prophet said, "You may say it," (Hadith Vol. 5, Book 59, #369).
To fully understand the politics and the world situation where Islam is involved, you must understand their theology as the Islamic culture is driven by Islamic Law and theology no matter what country they are living in. In general, anything done to further the cause of Islam is acceptable.
So the question is, why did our government rely on questionable intelligence reports and why did the intelligence agencies not verify the information before divulging it?
There may be more to it than what the American public is being told.
The riots in France come as no surprise once the facts behind them is known. What is viewed as racial or cultural unrest, theses riots may actually be the beginnings of a possible European civil war. The riots were ignited when two African youths were electrocuted in an unfortunate accident. And have since, spread to Brussels and Germany.
The European birth rate is declining and as the baby boomers reach the retirement age, there is a shortage of young workers to fill the gaps in the work force. To replace the retirees, France and other European countries have been encouraging immigration from their former colonies with the intention and promise of a better standard of living and integration to the host’s country’s society while keeping their home culture intact.
The integration is not working as plan.
Most of the immigrants are living in Stalin-like no-man land neighborhoods, where the police fear to enter and patrol. Unemployment is high and they do not feel that they are part of the French culture. They may be French citizens, but they are not of the French culture but still have the nationalism fervor and cultural bonds to their homeland. In France, 10% of the immigrants are Islamic.
A majority of the rioters are second generation Algerian Muslims, young men in their late teens and early twenties. All Muslims revere the Islamic hero from the Second Crusades, General Saladin. When the Muslim men feel they are threatened or in a frustrated situation, the men will rally in a frenzy fellowship in the name of Saladin and may call for revenge or Jihad.
The media has been reporting the declining number of vehicles burnt as an indicator the riots are subsiding. But that may be a false indication as the number of available target vehicles available is less than at the start of the riots. You can not burn a vehicle more than once.
Let’s hope this is not the start of a cultural revolution as it will have ramifications in the United States.
There is good news and hope of a positive resolution on the eminent domain case, Kelo v. City of New London. This case was definitely over stepping by the U.S. Courts over the Constitutional right of property ownership and protection:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. IV Amendment, U.S. Constitution
On November 3. 2005, H.R. 4128 was passed in the House Of Representatives by an overwhelming majority vote of 376-38. The Private Property Rights Protection Act of 2005 will protect home owners, churches and all property owners from losing their property in the name of commercial development, as it was in the Kelo v. City of New London court decision.
This bill provides fines and sanctions against states who do not follow the bill’s definition of what constitutes land to be taken by eminent domain. The Private Property Rights Protection Act of 2005 defines what land can be taken by eminent domain and taken can not be used for commercial purposes. Fines and sanctions can be levied at any state not following the law.
We can only hope that the federal activist courts will keep their hand off.
It is obvious that our National leaders and diplomats do not understand who the enemy is in the War against terrorism. Recently, both President Bush and Secretary of State Rice stated political correct statements which alluded to the false "peaceful" of Islam.
President Bush stated:
Some call this evil Islamic radicalism; others, militant Jihadism; still others, Islamo-fascism. Whatever it’s called, this ideology is very different from the religion of Islam. This form of radicalism exploits Islam to serve a violent, political vision: the establishment, by terrorism and subversion and insurgency, of a totalitarian empire that denies all political and religious freedom. These extremists distort the idea of jihad into a call for terrorist murder against Christians and Jews and Hindus — and also against Muslims from other traditions, who they regard as heretics. The Agape Press recently reported that Secretary of State Rice created quite a stir when she recently hosted a state Ramadan dinner and praised Islam as a religion of "peace and love." She has also joined others in criticism of Israel for efforts to secure its borders against Palestinian terrorist attacks.
Is not President Bush and Secretary of State Rice aware of the volatile situation in the Middle East?
The Koran commands all Muslims to make war on Jews and Christians and not tolerance and peace.
Oh Prophet! Strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be firm against them. There abode is Hell, an evil refuge indeed. Koran 9:73
When you meet unbelievers in the battlefield, strike off their heads and, when you have laid them low, bind your captives firmly. Koran 47:4
Muhammad taught his followers that there was nothing better or holier than jihad warfare. And these teachings are not marginal doctrines or historical relics. They are still taught in mainstream Islam.
And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution is worse than slaughter. Koran 2:191
Until there is massive reform with in the Islamic faith, they must be viewed as the world’s enemy to non-Islamic believers. The only recourse non-Muslims are granted are: convert to Islam, pay a "poor-due" payment and then live in subjugation, and death by the sword. Nowhere in the Koran does it allow for peaceful co-existence.
Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. Koran 9:5
May God help us and our country.

Current Communist Goals
EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR. OF FLORIDA IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES Thursday, January 10, 1963
Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.
At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following "Current Communist Goals," which she identifies as an excerpt from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen:
CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
During the first Gulf War with Iraq, Russia had sent advisers into Iraq to assist the training of the Iraqi forces on the equipment supplied by the Russians.
Today they are back in the Middle East in the Gaza Strip to help the Palestinian Authority security forces enforce law and order. Much of the PLO's weapons and equipment has been provided by the former USSR.
Since the Israeli pull-out, law and order has been non-existent in the former Israeli territory. Former minister Nabil Amr pointed out that the PA's performance was rapidly deteriorating.
Referring to the ongoing state of lawlessness and anarchy, he said: “Gaza has witnessed the worst armed riots, including assassinations, kidnappings and raids on police stations in what resembles a mini civil war. Now we are witnessing a comical cabinet crisis, which no one knows how and when it began and whether it has ended or not.” The Jerusalem Post
It is obvious that Russia has a great interest in the Middle East. If not just for the land but possibly for the oil fields. Their presence in the Middle East does not set well with the Israeli people or government. Russia has been identified in Bible prophesy as the Magog/Gog who along with the Muslims, they attack Israel in a failed attempt to eliminate Israel.
