ADL Press Release: Oct 14, 2005
LOS ANGELES - Attorneys with the Alliance Defense Fund filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Thursday against a California Superior Court judge who declared all public areas of Los Angeles County courthouses "no speech zones."
"The courts are supposed to be protecting our First Amendment rights, not suppressing them," said ADF Senior Legal Counsel Mike Johnson. "This judge’s order is a constitutional travesty and has already forced our clients and other law-abiding citizens from engaging in classic, ordinary free speech."
ADF attorneys represent best-selling author and TV co-host Ray Comfort and Pastor Emeal Zwayne, two Christian ministers who have been peacefully sharing their faith most mornings for the last 2-1/2 years outside of the Los Angeles County courthouse in Bellflower. For 20 minutes each morning, Comfort and Zwayne talk with persons waiting outside before the courthouse opens for the day. They have never caused any disturbance for the court or for uninterested persons.
Because of the court’s "no speech zone" order, police officers removed the two men from a walkway outside of the courthouse on Sept. 30 and told them not to return.

The Honorable Thomas H. Kean, Chairman
The Honorable Lee H. Hamilton, Vice Chairman
9/11 Public Discourse Project
One DuPont Circle,
NWSuite 700
Washington, DC 20036
Dear Chairman Kean and Vice Chairman Hamilton:
I am contacting you to discuss an important issue that concerns the terrible events of September 11, 2001, and our country's efforts to ensure that such a calamity is never again allowed to occur. Your bipartisan work on The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States shed light on much that was unclear in the minds of the American people regarding what happened that fateful day, however there appears to be more to the story than the public has been told. I bring this before you because of my respect for you both, and for the 9-11 Commission's service to America.

Intelligence officer goes public in Able Danger exposé
by Patrick Martin
September 17, 2005
A longtime Army intelligence officer went public with his allegations about a cover-up in the 9/11 investigation, giving an on-the-record interview Monday night to the New York Times and Fox News, and then further interviews Tuesday to other news outlets.
Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer, 42, confirmed that he had been a source for previous reports in the Times and the Norristown Times-Herald, a Philadelphia-area newspaper, about a secret data-mining operation known as Able Danger, which he said had identified Mohammed Atta and three other 9/11 suicide hijackers in 2000, more than a year before the terrorist attacks.
Shaffer said that his unit had contacted the FBI repeatedly during 2000 to warn that a US-based terrorist cell was at work, but three times was forced to cancel meetings to brief the FBI at the instruction of the Strategic Operations Command (SOCOM), the Pentagon unit in charge of all counter-terrorism work.

In an earlier post Beware! - North America Continental Integration via SPP, we reported on the developing danger of the SSP which is in line with Article 52 of the UN Charter which encourages regional organizations over national sovereignty:
While most Americans remain unaware, President Bush and top officials in his administration are implementing plans to cancel U.S. sovereignty and form a new “North American Community” that will merge Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP)
But it is incredible that sometimes elements of the media cartel will report the truth!
Earlier this summer, CNN anchor, Lou Dobbs reported that the United States government announced the merger of our southern and northern boarders into one "North America Community".
Good evening, everybody. Tonight, an astonishing proposal to expand our borders to incorporate Mexico and Canada and simultaneously further diminish U.S. sovereignty. Have our political elites gone mad? … June 9, 2005
Lou Dobbs has been the lone voice in the Establishment media cartel opposing the bipartisan immigration and trade policies that are destroying our borders and national sovereignty. In the same broadcast, Lou Dobbs reported on the boarder problems we are experiencing, especially with our southern boarder.
"Border violence raging in Mexico. Assassins murder a Mexican police chief in cold blood. Yet, incredibly, the Mexican government declares U.S. warnings about border violence unnecessary.
"And massive population growth in our western states is straining already short water supplies. Twenty-six western states are in the grip of the worst drought ever…" June 9, 2005
Is this the end of the United States as we know that our Founding Fathers established in 1775?
May God help us!

The following points are from Dr. Kent Hovind’s website, Creation Science Evangelism
The test of any theory is whether or not it provides answers to basic questions. Some well-meaning, but misguided, people think evolution is a reasonable theory to explain man’s questions about the universe. Evolution is not a good theory—it is just a pagan religion masquerading as science. Where did the space for the universe come from?
- Where did matter come from?
- Where did the laws of the universe come from (gravity, inertia, etc.)?
- How did matter get so perfectly organized?
- Where did the energy come from to do all the organizing?
- When, where, why, and how did life come from non-living matter?
- When, where, why, and how did life learn to reproduce itself?
- With what did the first cell capable of sexual reproduction reproduce?
- Why would any plant or animal want to reproduce more of its kind since this would only make more mouths to feed and decrease the chances of survival? (Does the individual have a drive to survive, or the species? How do you explain this?)
- How can mutations (recombining of the genetic code) create any new, improved varieties? (Recombining English letters will never produce Chinese books.)
- Is it possible that similarities in design between different animals prove a common Creator instead of a common ancestor?

I just rediscovered Red Skelton’s commentary on the Pledge Allegiance of the United States. It was recorded in 1969. It is very ironic that he closed his commentary with a very foreboding prophesy.
"Since I was a small boy, two states have been added to our country and two words have been added to the Pledge of Allegiance…
UNDER GOD
Wouldn’t it be a pity if someone said that is a prayer and that would be eliminated from schools too?"
- Red Skelton
Today’s attacks on the Pledge and the use of God in public school has made Red Skelton’s words the most prophetic statements ever made. The times have certainly changed!

Europe has its European Union (EU). Now North America has its Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), a clear danger of our U.S. sovereignty and freedom.
Do you remember, the European Common Market? It was established in Europe as a partnership in trade and economics. Now they have the EU, as all the borders and sovereignty are melting away. They also have established a one common currency and it is not with out its problems.
While most Americans remain unaware, President Bush and top officials in his administration are implementing plans to cancel U.S. sovereignty and form a new “North American Community” that will merge Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), the arrangement calls initially for legalization for millions of Mexican illegal immigrants, practical destruction of any remaining border security, and the transfer of huge amounts of U.S. aid to bring Mexico’s primitive economy more in line with its northern neighbors. The SPP has been jointly agreed to by Canadian Prime Minister Martin, Mexican President Fox, and Mr. Bush.
In July, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roger F. Noriega told a House subcommittee that the new partnership has already “identified over 300 initiatives … on which the three countries will collaborate.” The three-nation arrangement has been dubbed “NAFTA-Plus” by some, and implementation of the yet-to-be-approved Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) by others. Whatever it is called, it should be challenged immediately by a supine Congress that seems unable or unwilling to assert its constitutional powers to rein in an executive branch eagerly working to destroy our nation.
Is this the beginning of an overt plan to establish a North America Union?
You can more information on the SPP at heir website, http://www.spp.gov/

At a cost of over $236 million, FEMA has contracted the services of three Carnival cruise ships to help house displaced evacuees from Katrina. Yet, Greece offered two of their cruise ships for service for FREE. And to this day, all three ships sit nearly empty costing us taxpayers $2-3 million per day!
Sens. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and Barack Obama, D-Ill are asking for an investigation on FEMA's action. They are also calling for a chief finance officer to oversee the spending related to Katrina.
It makes us wonder what other wasteful spending of our taxpayer's money that FEMA and other government agencies is occurring during the recovery period of Katrina and Rita.

Shortly following Katrina's landfall, Mayor Nagin and Governor Blanco began ripping the Federal government and blaming President Bush on the slow response to the major disaster in Louisiana. They both had ample time to react themselves as per law. Instead one of the most damaging catastrophe occurred without any proper evacuation.
A the post in FreeRepublic.com, Why Didn't Louisiana Follow its Required Emergency Plan?, it clearly illustrates the time-line of events and the laws in effect for evacuation and other action to be taken by local and state governments in major catastrophes. It clearly shows the the President did respond in a very timely manner and that Mayor Nagin and Governor Blanco themselves did not respond to President Bush's request for help or by following the established State and local laws.
Some of the documents used as evidence that illustrates the lack of concern and failing duties of Mayor Nagin and Governor Blanco are: Louisiana State Emergency Operations Plan - 2005, Southeast Louisiana Hurricane Evacuation and Sheltering Plan, Southwest Louisiana Hurricane Evacuation and Sheltering Plan, and the Shelter Plan.
And the evidence clearly shows there was no lack in response by President Bush. The White House Declarations: the August 27, 2005 Emergency Declaration and the August 29, 2005 Major Disaster Declaration by President Bush clearly shows his concerns for Louisiana and th impending disaster.
There are ten major questions raised in the FreeRepublic.com post that are not addressed by the main-stream media:
1) Why Didn't Louisiana Follow it's Emergency Plan? Why isn't anyone talking about this?
2) Why hasn't anyone mentioned that a Pre-Requisite for a Federal Response BY LAW is that State Law is Executed and the Emergency Plan is Executed FIRST?
3) Why did the Governor abandon the City of New Orleans for the Safety of Baton Rouge, before the Plan was Executed?
